How to redeem Build and Kill Zombies codes
There is no agreement on where the code box is. Four publishers give four descriptions, and one of them names a screen the other three never mention. A recording settles it.

From about 25 seconds in the screen shows the whole route: the EXCLUSIVE SHOP header, the COMMUNITY CODES section, the Enter Code box and the REDEEM button, with a panel beside it reading “Join our Social Link community for codes!”

REDEEM

The lobby stall under the Shop sign. A quarter of a second after this frame the EXCLUSIVE SHOP panel is open. The button stack on the left also has one labelled SHOP.

Getting to step 1: in the recording, the panel opens the moment the player walks up to the stall under the Shop sign in the lobby. The button stack on the left of the screen also has a SHOP button, though the recording does not show it being pressed.
The code box sits below the cash packs in the shop panel, so you may need to scroll inside it. Then press REDEEM. The codes themselves, and who vouches for each, are on the code list.

Matches the footage
Shop → EXCLUSIVE SHOP → COMMUNITY CODES → Redeem
The only account that names a specific screen, and the one the footage matches. It also says most other sites copied a template and got this wrong.
Open the Shop menu on the left, scroll down to the Codes section
No named sub-screen.
Enter the shop hut, then scroll to the bottom of the shop window
Describes a building, not a menu.
Look for a Codes button, a gift icon, a bird icon or the settings menu
Four alternatives, none specific to this game.
Which to try first
The one that matches the footage. A description that names an exact screen is harder to invent than a vague one, and the other three are the kind of wording that survives being copied between sites without anyone checking.
If the shop will not open
Two publishers say a tutorial has to be finished before the shop opens at all. Neither shows it, so treat that as a thing to try rather than a fact. If you are brand new, the beginner guide covers the first session.
