Privacy
Build and Kill Zombies Guide is a set of static pages. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, and no server here that could store anything you type — the site has no server-side code at all. It does run two analytics tools and one advertising network, and this page says plainly what each of them collects.
What is measured
Two third-party tools run on this site, and they do different amounts. Saying “privacy-respecting analytics” would not have been specific enough, so here is the actual split.
Google Analytics — loads on every page
Counts page views and records roughly where in the world the request came from, what kind of device and browser, and which site you arrived from. It sets its own identifiers so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. It does not receive your name, an email address or anything else you would have to type in — there is nowhere on this site to type one.
Microsoft Clarity — loads only after you interact
It does not load at all until you scroll, tap, click or press a key. Once it does, it records how you move through the page: clicks, scrolling, and changes to what is on screen, which Microsoft replays as a session recording and aggregates into heatmaps. It sets cookies to join your pages into one session. The data goes to Microsoft, under Microsoft’s terms, not ours.
If you never interact, it never loads and nothing about your visit reaches Microsoft.
YouTube — loads only when you press play
Video cards show a still image served from this site. Pressing play loads YouTube’s player from youtube-nocookie.com, and from that point YouTube receives your request under its own terms. If you never press play, no request goes to YouTube.
Adsterra — loads on the home page and the most-read pages
The home page and some of the most-read pages show ads from Adsterra. Banner and sponsored-card ads load inside their own frames, and from then on Adsterra and the advertisers it serves receive what any web request carries — your IP address, your browser details, and the address of the page — and may set their own cookies to choose ads and count them. On those pages an Adsterra script can also open one extra browser tab behind the one you are reading, the first time you click; that tab shows an advertiser’s page. No ads or ad scripts appear on this page, the sources list, the about page, or the update log.
Links out
This site links to Roblox and to other publishers so you can check our sources. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site under their rules, not ours.
Opting out
A content blocker, or a browser that blocks third-party scripts, stops analytics and ads from loading entirely. Nothing on this site depends on any of them working.
Age
This site writes about a Roblox experience, and Roblox’s audience skews young. This site is written for people researching a game, not aimed at children, and there is nowhere on it to submit personal information — no account, no form, no comments.
If you are under 18, the honest advice is to browse with the session-recording tool blocked. Any content blocker that blocks clarity.ms stops it, and the same blocker stops the ads too; the rest of this site works normally either way.
